"I took the idea of "Design and not Design" to develop a new concept of a "LUCHADOR". A luchador, defined by Mexican folklore, is often used as a humorous depiction of strength. It's a fighter, an avenger who is traditionally portrayed by a man. A luchador's outfit is expected to be aerodynamic and to facilitate mobility of the performer.
I decided to defeat these purposes by creating several boundaries and restrictive elements that can make this character slow and powerless." - Maria F. Nava
